A membership practice is not insurance. It does not accept or bill insurance for its services. Medicare eligible patients can not be accepted into the membership.
As a member, your monthly fee allows you to see Dr. Boyles as many times as needed. There is no long term contract. Memberships are a monthly commitment that renews automatically every month. Members can cancel in writing (text/email) at any time before their renewal date.
